Prayer Tree
Our parish offers anyone in any kind of need support through this special prayer ministry. When someone submits a prayer request, the prayer tree co-ordinator acts as a root, not only praying for the intention, but passing it up the tree to all members of our prayer tree. The intentions in general are also brought to the altar during our monthly Divine Mercy Holy Hour.
Submitting a prayer request is easy either complete the webform below or contact the parish office by calling 01633 265533 to make your request. Your prayer requests can be specific or as general as “a Special Intention”.
There is great power in shared community prayer as the body as a whole prayers for a specific part.
How does it work?
Joining the Prayer Tree is easy – simply contact the parish office and ask for your details to be passed on to the Prayer Tree Co-ordinator. You can opt to receive requests either by email or by telephone.
Email Tree – by joining the email tree you will be added to an email group that gets sent a list of prayer requests as they come in. Just PRAY for those requests!
Telephone Tree – if you join the telephone tree you will receive a telephone call from a nominated member of the tree with the prayer requests. PRAY for those requests and pass them on to the next person in the tree.
